So, the tour has arrived in Liverpool.
The day has been pretty chaotic - what with the news and decision that Horizon should rest up for a few days. The band hope to be back on form for Newcastle - and will see you there.
The rest of the bands have rallied around to make sure the show is now extra special.
In Case Of Fire, Black Tide, Dir en grey and Mindless Self Indulgence will be performing extra brilliant and super super loud to make up for Horizon's absence.
(I reckon)
Doors tonight will now open at 6.30, with ICOF on for 30 mins, Black Tide for 30 mins, Dir en grey for 45 mins and Mindless for an hour. Woo!
So - yes - an explanation is required. That photo is myself and Black Tide and their techs hanging out in the dressing room with some amazing fake tashes. Bless those little monsters for not actually having real facial hair (yet) ;)
Later today, I hope to interview one of Dir en grey's techs about life on the road with the J-rock sensations, as well as another chatter with MSI.
Keep checking tour.kerrang.com for regular updates on the tour - as I aint going anywhere, and will keep rolling with the party every day/night.

BMTH need to grow a pair. Do you have any idea what MSI have gone through and they still refuse to cancel shows!!! MSI are the most talented and bravest band on the tour both personally and artistically. BMTH will be forgotten in a year or two when another typical screamo band of "bad boys" come along. BMTH are predictable and boring.

Dir en grey is beautiful and intense. MSI is dangerous and challenging. BMTH sounds like they are trying t sell me food that will go bad soon (if it hasn't already). Black Tide are fun and very talented. I Case of fire is...I don't remember....they're OK, I guess.
