Hello Greetings everyone! Today we are in Newcastle.
Coheed And Cambria have just come off stage.. they were amazing. I managed to watch them from a little balcony above the stage.. so much fun.
You can just about make out their backing singers here in this picture.. and the insane drumming styles of Mr Pennie.
Right now.. kids are shouting "Coheed! Coheed!" hoping the band will come on for an encore.. i'm pretty sure they will.. :)
I hope everyone enjoyed the whole show tonight in Newcastle.
There were some funny pranks going on... the crew taped a banana to Anthony Circa Survive's microphone.. and then taped two of them to Charlie Fighstar's!! Ha ha. Poor lads.
Charlie and I did a trial run of our acoustic version of Unfamiliar Ceilings on their bus last night. Sounds OK.. gonna give it one last go, before shipping it off to Myspace.. or the Radio One Rock Show perhaps. ha ha. fun times.
Madina did a fun meet and greet with two fans who had won tickets through Kerrang! - one was from Germany and the other from South Africa - music sure reaches all areas of the world!
Omar Fighstar deserves props tonight.. for fixing my laptop (my baby).. thanks Omar. I almost had a panic attack about losing my life-line to the outside world ;)
Brendan and Nick from Circa and I went and ate some noodles in Newcastle town centre... yum.
By the by.. I am feeling a little bit poorly today - hense the unnecessarily sad-looking little photo. Tour sickness has finally caught up with me.. and I have a bad throat.. and I poked myself in the eye by accident. Ha ha. Stupid me.
I am sure a days rest will help - and I intend to spend most of tomorrow, our final day off, asleep and rolled up in a duvet on the tour bus - watching the X Files.. or 6 Feet Under.. or some other thing like that.
Anyways... gonna head off.. sorry for feeling a bit sickly (we are all still marking our water bottles with our initials so that we don't catch each other's disease... so stay clear of KP..)
